TO MAKE YOUR STAY DELIGHTFUL AT THE PETALS, PLEASE GO THROUGH THE FOLLOWING:

The Petals - User Stay Policy:
Check-in 12.00 Noon , Check-out 10.00 AM
Guests are required to show a photo identification - Aadhaar Card upon check-in.
Booking will be confirmed subject to full payment.

The guests with advance booking/walk-in guests should pay full occupancy charges, extra guest charges for number of days for which he requires accommodation and make all necessary entry (in his own hand writing) in the occupancy register before taking possession of the room.

Online Stay /Reservation guests should carry a printout of booking receipt / Email copy or SMS & copy of photo ID proof and produce it to The Petals Manager at the time of check-in.

Amendment of booking:
Amendment not permitted 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

No Refund admissible for Shortening period / unoccupied period / or any other reason.

Only two persons are allowed per room, additional guests will be provided a mattress which will be charged extra per person.

Smoking/ Vaping/ Hookah and eCigarettes are strictly prohibited in the premises of The Petals. Smoking is allowed in the Verandah outside.

No illegal substances/ firearms are permitted on The Petals property.
Noise Curfew is from 10 PM to 8AM, please respect neighbours.

Visitors can meet guests between (10 am to 6pm) with prior permission from The Petals Manager.
No visitors are allowed to stay after 6pm.

The guest cannot conduct any kind of celebrations or gatherings without seeking proper permission (in writing or email) from The Petals Manager.

Pantry is provided for cooking, please inform The Petals Manager before doing so.
Food is allowed in the dining area and not in the rooms.

Yercaud is known to have frequent power cuts, The UPS is provided for fans/ lights only.

Smart TV and WIFI is an additional facility provided to the guests.

# All extras must be paid directly to The Petals Hospitality.

# Tariff is subject to revision as and when required.

Child policy:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Extra Mattress policy:
Age 6 – 12 years: Extra mattress upon request
Age 12+ years: Extra mattress upon request
There is no capacity for cots at this property.

No age restriction:
There is no age requirement for check-in (Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult).

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

The fine print:
Please note payment before arrival via bank transfer/ UPI is required. Please get in touch with The Petals Manager to complete the booking process.
Please inform The Petals in advance of your expected arrival time.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 15 days prior to check in – 10% will be deducted from the amount
15-7 days prior to check in – 20% will be deducted from the amount
7-3 days prior to check in – 50% will be deducted from the amount
2-0 days prior to check in – NO REFUND
No Refund will be given for long weekends, Festivals like Diwali, New Year, Holi

Refunds:
In case of cancellation of booking booked through Credit/Debit Card, the refund will be made in the name of Credit / Debit Card Holder’s Bank only.
In case of cancellation of booking made through Cash / D.D. or any other mode of payment, the refund will be made through cross cheque / RTGS / NEFT only.
In case of booking made through travel agents, the cancellation / refund will be made by the concerned travel agents only.

Dispute resolution, if any :
Any dispute, difference or controversy, between the Parties which may arise, shall, unless amicably settled within 30 days, be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator, nominated by the management of ‘The Petals Hospitality' and consented by the guest. In case of no unanimous decision taken by the Parties, regarding appointment of the Arbitrator, Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be applicable. The venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru/ Salem. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Any award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties and shall be enforceable by the relevant courts, which can enforce the award. The award shall be in writing at the request of any Party to the arbitration proceeding. The award shall be rendered within thirty (30) days after the close of all proceedings.
All costs of the arbitration (including attorneys’ fees and fees for witnesses and expert witnesses) shall be borne by the respective Party.
This Agreement shall be governed for all purposes by the Laws of the Republic of India.
The governing language of this Agreement is the English language, which language shall be controlling in all respects. No translation, if any, of this Agreement into another language shall be of any force or effect in the interpretation of this Agreement or in determination of the intent of any of the Parties.
The Courts of Karnataka/ Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of any other court.
